AeroPress

The Aeropress coffee maker was launched in 2006 by the American Alan Adler. Its simplicity and practicality together with the ability to prepare excellent coffee have achieved its worldwide success and preference among coffee lovers.

Made of copolyester, polypropylene and thermoplastic elastomer, it is BPA free

 

 

TRADITIONAL METHOD

  • Insert the filter into the lid
  • Place the filter cap on the AeroPress tube
  • Dampen the filter with hot water
  • Add freshly ground coffee to the tube (weight / volume will be determined by your recipe)
  • Add water (The amount is determined by your recipe)
  • Stir with a spoon
  • When you're ready, insert the AeroPress plunger and press it until you get the extraction

    INVESTED METHOD

    • Insert the filter into the lid
    • Insert the piston seal into the top of the AeroPress tube, but do not press it down (the seal should be 1 cm below the edge of the tube)
    • Invert the AeroPress, so that the plunger is at the bottom and the tube at the top
    • Moisten the filter and filter cover with hot water
    • Add freshly ground coffee to the tube (weight/volume will be determined by your recipe)
    • Add water (The amount is determined by your recipe)
    • Stir with a spoon
    • Place the filter cap on the AeroPress tube
    • When you're ready, put the AeroPress back in your cup or other container and press until you get the extraction.
